Every day this summer, I’ve watched my son as he has had good moments and truly horrible moments, just like any other child. I’ve opened up and talked about him with others. I’ve even found other people in my area from going to the pool so frequently who have children with autism. Even though things can get hard sometimes, I love my son. I ask only that people accept autism and accept him for who he is. Though short, I think the video says it all.
Embrace the amazing in our children. Accept autism.
